體重降了5kg
平時都是吃健康便當,周末會吃一餐日式料理
熱量也會控制在1000大卡以下
但最近有點控制不住了 覺得一周才吃一餐大餐有點少
想要吃兩餐 但是也不會選高油高熱量的餐點
還是會盡量選原形食物
想問大家cheat day的大餐頻率會怎麼控制
吃的東西還有什麼不錯的選擇嗎
覺得日式料理有點吃膩了
