請問如果以同樣進行一小時的課程來說
這兩項有氧
哪個消耗的熱量 跟消脂的速度 會比較快?
combat上久了好像都沒那麼喘 身體漸漸也就習慣那節奏 效果就沒那麼明顯了…
飛輪的話還沒上過 想去嘗試看看
另外 如果每天都上其中一樣,是否就可以取代一天有氧的量呢?
