combat打完後隔天手臂肩膀痠痛 - 健身

平常一週會上飛輪或跑步三到四天,沒有重訓,
最近開始再多加上combat,
但每次打完combat隔天整個手臂肩膀到肩胛骨那邊都會超級痠痛的,
連手臂要往前伸打直都很吃力,
反而腿都不會太痠,跳蹲都跳得很開心哈哈
想請問這樣是不是我姿勢錯誤或出力方式不對呢?
還是是因為我的肌肉量不夠又打太大力的關係?
