家裡體重計壞掉...
害我以為一個禮拜只運動一兩天
偶爾吃吃大餐的快樂生活竟然還可以瘦這麼快
(54-->51公斤,一個月)
直到!
某天媽媽開心的說~他瘦到57公斤(媽媽停在60公斤很多年了)
我心想:靠 該不會是體重計壞了吧
所以就去康是美量了一下
結果,我竟然是55公斤阿阿阿阿阿阿
這個瞬間的打擊太大,所以才有今日減肥團的誕生...

方式:在google+ 上成立健康減肥小圈圈
希望大家可以互相督促勉勵
並且分享減肥的心得:)
(公司鎖FB,所以用GOOGLE+,我有邀請函,可以寄信給團員)
目標:兩個月-5公斤
適量的吃,多運動,多喝水,健健康康的瘦下來
每個星期回報一次體重和三圍
我會幫大家畫趨勢圖XD
希望有心的捧郵一起加入吧!
適用對象:
1. 有習慣使用gmail的人
我相信大多數人都有懶惰因子,所以與其特地上一些減肥網站
不如就從生活中最常使用的工具開始,這樣比較能長久
2. 下定決心在參加的期間可以積極參與的人
3. 需要一週回報一次,並且要量身圍喔!
