HIIT之後無延遲性痠痛 - 健身

我是用X-bike做HIIT
之前是1~1.5鐘頭的有氧,阻力4,表上速度約25~30,心跳130~140
昨天第一次嘗試HIIT,也是阻力4,10秒衝刺/20秒休息循環
慢速的強度就跟前述有氧一樣,衝刺就盡量衝但只能衝到速度45~50左右
第二個循環認為是阻力太大因此調到3,但速度還是差不多,沒辦法再高
總覺得是腳沒辦法動那麼快,甚至有種腳踏車在帶我轉的感覺orz
所以還是轉回阻力4比較有衝的感覺。
我連續做了八個循環四分鐘(前面先三分鐘左右的慢速再開始)
前幾個還好,甚至覺得好像心跳還沒上去時間就到了
可是到了第五開始就反過來,心跳還沒下來就要衝下一次了......
第八個做完緩和踩了三分鐘左右,速度大約是10~15
緩和到心跳比較不明顯咚咚咚,比較不喘為止下車拉筋
做完真的覺得很累甚至有種眼前微微發黑站不穩的感覺
本來以為隔天應該會有延遲肌肉痠痛(之前爬文看到的但現在找不到orz)
但今天都沒有,請問這樣是否代表強度不夠呢?
如果是,我應該怎麼樣開始調整?(在衝刺速度可能最高就是如此的前提下QQ)
是阻力、衝刺時間、循環次數還是其他?
另外也想請問我的這種訓練方式是否有不妥的地方需要調整,
