跑步機 & 路跑的差異 - 健身

小弟之前當兵時,跑3000公尺,最好的成績是在下基地時的,
13分04秒吧,平常在駐地跑3000公尺,成績也大約在14分左右,
這樣換算時速大約是在12~13左右,
但現在在跑跑步機,我怎麼覺得時速10,腳就快跟不上了,
而且記憶中,腳也沒有動這麼快的說,
所以跑步機的時速跟實際路跑的時速,真的是一樣的嗎?
另外還有個小問題,
吃東西完,熱量的吸收真的是100%轉換嗎??
吃下兩千大卡的東西,身體就真的會吸收兩千大卡嗎???
還是中間會有損耗呢???
