最近在板上看了很久
考量到我是肉雞 所以先跳了兩個月的鄭多燕 (1+3)
配合飲食 不喝含糖飲料 不吃油炸
晚餐早點吃
發現體重沒有變化
(身高:162 體重:58 體脂:28%)
但是線條有變好看 尤其是小腿整個拉長的感覺~很開心
今天試跳了kitty1-6
發現其實跟鄭多燕一樣不會喘
但是心跳都有到130
但是跳完kitty整個人有種呆滯感
想問大家會跳到軟腳的感覺嗎?
因為kitty一直跳跳跳的
而且他的動作好快 有點跟不上
加上我覺得自己有點肢體障礙
腳跳得好好的 有時候加上手就亂了!!! 尤其在我看不清楚手的動作的時候
kitty不像鄭多燕動作很簡單 又很慢..不會做錯
所以想問大家..手的動作大家都跟得上嗎?
還是就會意思一下就好?
