大家好~~~
我最近開始跳kitty的健身操
youtube上共有1~6 我大概跳到第三、四就撐不太下去了
所以現在都是挑1 2 6 或者1 2 3 6這樣跳
(熱身和緩和是一定要的 所以1 6一定要確實做)
請問大家每次都是跳完1~6嗎??
我還沒嘗試過一次跳完 常常跳到一半就放棄了= =a
以下閒聊鄭多燕--------------------------------------
前鎮子暴肥到55kg 牛仔褲都繃到不行
所以開始跳鄭多燕瘦身
剛開始和大多數人一樣 跳完四肢酸到不行> <
後來就慢慢習慣了XD 也讓我順利瘦了2KG/1.5個月
但不知什麼時候開始 每次跳完鄭多燕 隔天膝蓋都會像爆炸一樣的痛= =
我才20歲~~~~~不想這麼快膝蓋壞掉阿> <
後來就和學校的體育老師淺聊(老師是教有氧健身這部分的)
她說 可能是我的動作不是很標準 造成膝蓋負擔
但是她也說 其實鄭多燕很多動作都很傷膝蓋 和身體
而且鄭的緩和動作不是確實 長期跳下來對身體會造成不小的負擔
還有很多其他的健身操可以參考
所以我現在都不跳鄭多燕了QQ
