平常慢跑強度約7~8KM,一週2~3次每次至少跑10KM
最近因為天氣開始變化較大,工作的地方常下雨
考慮要買台健身車持續保持運動,最近看上lafit的活氧健身車,也有去展示間試騎
強度調至8踩了幾分鐘,覺得強度似乎沒有我想像的吃力,或許自己是第一次用健身器材
想請教有經驗的朋友,以我自己原本的運動強度買lafit健身車的話,適合嗎?
或者有其他更好的建議!謝謝
