對LBM和體脂的比例有點疑惑 想要請問各位前輩
爬文知道 減掉的總體重=減掉的體脂+減掉的LBM
那請問 減掉的體脂:減掉的LBM 要是多少比較好呢
還是說盡量讓減掉的總體重=減掉的體脂最好呢?
原po這個月體重下降2.9
體脂(原重x原脂肪率-一個月之後重量x一個月後脂肪率)=2.18
請問這樣的減重還可以嗎
是否該增強有氧/重訓份量??
