三餐內容
早餐:7-11的49元套餐 (雙層牛肉漢堡+優酪乳 或 任一款光合三明治+優酪乳)
常常睡到中午,就會只喝一杯350ml的牛奶,大概之後過一小時吃午餐
午餐:自助餐 (三菜一蒸蛋+一碗白飯 或 三菜一肉+一碗白飯)
因為我家開小火鍋,如果在家就吃小火鍋(一個星期有兩天會完全吃小火鍋)
(高麗菜、金針菇、小白菜、4塊魚肉片、兩塊鴨血、一顆蛋+一碗白飯 用清湯煮)
晚餐:跟午餐一樣
其他:運動完 有時候會喝一杯牛奶,或是吃一盤水果
天氣太熱偶爾會吃一小碗ㄘㄨㄚˋ冰,
真的是非常偶爾~目前一個月也才吃過兩次QQ
水每天都喝到2000~3000CC
日常作息時間:因為在家就幫忙看店(店在夜市裡),所以會很晚睡
大概半夜1點睡隔天11點起床~囧rz...(這樣的狀況一個星期四天)
在新竹大概半夜12點睡隔天早上7點左右起床
生活型態:在新竹台北兩邊跑在暑修的大學生
運動習慣:一個星期有5天騎X-bike一個小時
19807 轉速30~40之間 通常維持在35左右,心跳表顯示115~130之間
這樣的運動狀況維持三個禮拜,因為體重都沒有變化,
從上個星期改成
一個星期有2~3天騎X-bike兩個小時

有2~3天騎X-bike一個小時+游泳1000M(自由式+蛙式)
(總共一星期還是運動5天)
我的問題:
我不當減肥很多次了...,這次想健康的瘦下來
我記得我最誇張的是,小六就曾經餐餐只有一個御飯糰+無糖綠瘦到55左右
所以我體脂應該是一直很高,但是我之前只量過一次體脂
大概是高二時期量的吧當時量是30.7%
今天到康是美去量體脂,我的基礎代謝率是1368Kcal,肝臟指數是4
但是體脂還是高到29.9%~QQ
維持上面的菜單現在是一個月了,我的體重大概增加了1Kg左右,
本來想說是剛開始會增加一點體重,而且我生理期快到了,所以不是很在意
但是今天到康是美量完體脂,我好像體脂沒有降很多!?QQ
還是可能是我這三年之間體脂其實已經高到不只30.7%只是我一直沒有去量~Orz...
所以想來請教大家,我這樣的菜單有沒有問題,
是需要再增加我的運動量?或是在少吃一點嗎?QQ...
另外一個問題是...其實我有很嚴重的便秘,
3~4天一次已經要偷笑了...常常一個禮拜一次,最久有14天才去一次...囧rz..
可是我自認我喝水喝的夠,蔬果也吃不少...
看板上說培養運動習慣會改善,可是現在還是一樣QQ...
