這讓我想到昨天看到某台潘懷宗在講減肥飲食作息四大點
1.每天睡足7小時,23~06或24~07。
2.早餐吃的營養。
3.午餐份量減半。
4.晚餐不吃澱粉。
= =…這…我媽不吃晚餐+游泳減肥,三個月減了七公斤,現在卡關…
而且只要稍微吃多點就又復胖,
我跟我媽講了基代和溜溜球,她每次都拿這類節目的節食觀念來反駁我,
偏偏電視節目又一堆人說他們減肥是這樣減,尤其是這種博士權威
害我都不知要怎麼跟我媽講了....
