體脂率:25.6
基代:1170
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:火腿起司蛋法國吐司or鮪魚玉米起司法國吐司(就是早餐店裡的樣式互換)
都有配拿鐵or微糖茶or牛奶
午餐:便當(肉類雙拼+三菜+便當飯吃ㄧ半)
下午茶:有時會偷吃巧克力> <
晚餐:地瓜一條(90g)+大番茄
其他:水最多喝一罐(600ml) 有再努力增加了= =
一個月會去吃3次大餐左右
日常作息時間:am1:30睡 am9:00起床
生活型態:課超級少的大學生
運動習慣:
例1:每天跑步機 時速7 跑一小時 (中間跑完30分鐘後有休息5分鐘左右)
總共跑一小時 大概跑6.5~7km
我的問題:
之前運動瘦了5kg,可是去一趟米國通通胖回來......
不知道這樣的運動方式跟飲食會不會不成比例(就是吃太多,運動太少)
希望可以在2~3個月內瘦4kg....
