體脂率:36 = = (在學校用「全國最新機器」量的......它說我極度肥胖orz)

三餐內容
早餐:火腿蛋 or 紫米飯糰 等 (基本上不配飲料)
午餐:悟饕的招牌便當(飯量減半)or 自己煮湯麵加把青菜 or 自己煮鹹粥 等
晚餐:媽媽煮的,基本上菜會多吃一點。飯後水果多為蘋果
補充:我水真的喝超少,有時候運動完也可以不用喝,感覺新陳代謝會不好XD
有時候還會一整天只有早晚兩次上廁所="=
還有同學說我這樣竟然會極度肥胖有點怪,
不過我用陽春機器還是高檔機器量都一樣肥,(體脂30~36不等吧)
所以我就坦然接受這事實了XD
日常作息時間:1:30a.m.~7:30a.m. 是睡覺時間
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:在台北的話比較常騎X-BIKE(阻力3轉速30 30分鐘),
比較少慢跑,但有跑的話是6~8km/hr,
最近兩個月有天天運動
我的問題:
現在放暑假是減肥的好時機,每天打工完都會撥出一個小時運動,
(在補習準備研究所的同學都無法運動,相比之下我真是太幸福了XD)
以我現在的體力可以持續做的運動有三個:
1.慢跑 6km/40min
2.騎X-BIKE 20km/40min (阻力2&3交替,轉速大概30~35)
3.跳繩 4,000下/40min
查了一下網路上那些計算什麼運動可以消耗多少卡路里的表,
發現如果運動同樣時間,消耗的卡路里應該是3>1>2,
但持續動下來,我發現自己累度是竟然是2>1>3,反而跳繩是最不覺得累的運動,
而且只有騎X-BIKE時我汗才會像瀑布一樣流,
(雖然流汗不代表減肥效率,但感覺很有成就感XDDD)
我也有量過心跳,三者都差不多可以到150下/min,
請問大家,是不是自己覺得最累的運動對自己來說才是減脂效率最好的運動呢?
大家都說跳繩能消耗很多熱量,是不是相較下在我身上會顯得比較沒用?
或是有同時用過這三種方式減脂的板友能分享意見嗎? 謝謝大家!
題外話,暑假真的好有動力運動喔,每天都覺得自己真是太積極了!
還有我也正朝多喝一點水、早睡一小時方向努力邁進,
(我以前一直覺得自己體脂高是因為體內水太少 電阻太高,真是太會自欺欺人XDDD)
