早上跟朋友去運動之後
去吃了吉野家很詭異的早餐
說詭異怎麼詭異:兩團飯、三塊雞肉、一顆水煮蛋
光看內容真的很爛,但運動完補充澱粉跟蛋白質卻又剛好 XDD
不過建議大食量的還是斟酌一下 (雖然不貴)
然後朋友說很久三個月沒有吃過甜甜圈了,想說經過多拿滋吃一下
結果兩個人一人吃了一個甜甜圈跟一杯咖啡
很久沒吃是挺好吃的,兩個人吃得津津有味
吃了兩個之後我們就覺得,喔就這樣了也吃不下
那不是一種"刻意避開"or "充滿罪惡" 的心情
而是一種 "偶而滿足很不錯 繼續運動也開心" 的心情
節食減肥跟運動減肥的差別莫過於此
大家應該都可以深刻的體會到吧 ^__^
