體力落差大 - 減肥

爬文潛水約一個月,目前有在慢跑減肥,一次約6000公尺,
已進行4個月,有個很大的疑問是常常覺得每天狀況落差大,
有時候跑完心跳約150~155不會感覺疲憊,有時候跑一半就覺得
精神差,呼吸有點亂,跑完心跳會飆到175~180,我的基本資料:
男,25歲,172cm/82kg ,飲食狀況:
早餐:常要趕開會所以通常是脫脂奶粉或無糖熱豆漿(500cc)+一小匙麥片
午餐:這餐通常會比較早,約11點出頭,會吃一個燻雞或起司總匯配黑咖啡
(吃吐司我沒有抹美乃滋的習慣)
晚餐:自助餐夾3樣蔬菜+白雞肉約80g 半碗飯
我每個禮拜跑五天,跑完之後會喝400cc牛奶或者吃一顆蘋果
喝水量:2500c.c./天,睡眠時間約12點就寢,每天下班回家約10點,跑完步約11點多
所以作息上蠻死的,我的疑問有二,
1.我這樣是否吃太少?
2.休息時間不夠?
是否可以給我一點建議,當天若跑完一半感覺疲累硬撐下去會讓我心態很倦怠。
