通常我在跑步機跑完60分後
便約在半小時候會吃東西
雖然知道馬上吃不會變胖,但聽說也是適可就好
請問若喝一杯無糖豆漿 一條中型地瓜和一個蘋果
這樣的分量可以嗎?太多還太少?
我沒有特別要練肌肉
只是因為身體因素,醫生叫我要多動
說跑步可以造血??
是這樣的嗎?
