11/4號獲得版娘55頁回文成就,到今天差不多一個月啦
基本上三餐就是照著版娘的菜單下去吃,除了早點,
因為冬天都睡到7點起床,家裡又大概11:30吃午餐
所以就把早點省略了,午點則是騎腳踏車前或後
會吃個蘋果或者喝罐統一無糖高纖豆漿
不過之前兩個禮拜幾乎都在下雨,不能出門騎車
只能在家跳跳開合跳、練練深蹲 orz
電腦人倒是天天都有作,不過我是Levl 1八個動作
各作60下兩組中間休息,大概會變成20分練腹肌這樣 (遮臉
作息沒什麼變化,偶爾會1點睡,不過還是7點起床
不過我有點疑問,就是我這樣算不算是餓瘦的?
因為每天九點多吃完晚點,十一點以後還是會有猛烈的飢餓感
早上剛起床反而沒那麼餓,不過半夜不會餓醒就是了 XD
還有就是兩個禮拜沒出門騎腳踏車,只有天天作電腦人
體脂肪只降低了0.4%,在擔心消失的體重會不會只是排水 orz
