各位板友大家好 :)
最近正在努力的減重(減脂)
不過今早想到了一個問題
假設有個人現在 170 cm / 80 kg / 35%
所以說此人現在
1.體脂肪重 = 80*0.35 = 28 kg
2.BMI = 80/(1.7)^2 = 28
正常情況下(在精華區查到的)
體脂肪範圍應在 17~24%
BMI 範圍應在 18.5~24
若降到 24% 則體脂肪重 = 80*0.24 = 19.2 kg
所以降到正常範圍此人必須減掉體脂肪 28-19.2 = 8.8 kg
成功減掉體脂肪 80-8.8 = 71.2 kg
若 BMI=24 ,則體重 = 69.4 kg
若這個人成功減重,不論體脂肪和BMI都在正常範圍
那這 71.2-69.4 = 1.8kg 會是減掉什麼去了..... @@"
問題落落長...
我在想,若平常維持的運動習慣是固定的,減掉的會是體脂肪
肌肉量不應該流失不是嗎?
還是減重的時候肌肉也會被減掉了?
