大家好
健身至今已一個半月了
個禮拜固定2天
約45~50分鐘重訓
坐姿胸推*5組 一組10下
滑輪下拉*5組 一組10下
蝴蝶機*4組 一組10下
腿屈伸訓練器*5組 一組10下
隨心所欲的練法~
然後去跑30分鐘的跑步機
其餘5天 的2~3天 純跑步5公里
想讓手臂肌肉線條出來
想問一個禮拜2天重訓會不會太少?
