奇怪 是我體重太重嗎?
一個禮拜前 我體重是110
現在106 我有正常吃飯
早餐:鮪魚吐司+紅茶
午餐:炒飯或便當
晚餐:水餃10顆或便當 (看當天中午吃甚麼
運動:一天游泳HR 一天重量訓練
大約12點左右上床睡覺!!
