因為上班和通勤的時間都很長
我算一算每天只有30-40分鐘可以去健身房做重量訓練
偶爾可以拉長到一小時,但是一個禮拜大概只有一天可以這樣奢侈
因為我平常上班有一段路是騎腳踏車的,雖然在市區沒辦法騎很快
不過我就把這個當成我的每日有氧
去健身房就是稍微熱熱身後,做完重量訓練就回家了
我想請問,這樣子還能有效果嗎?
在時間很緊的情況下,要注意什麼事情才能讓效益最高呢?
(我是女生,做重訓的主要目的是減肥)
