大家好 會這樣問是因為看了置底文【給新手的一些建議】第8點的範例2
其中提到...
所以她至少需要消耗52937.5大卡的熱量才能降到20%的體脂率,
假設她非常拼命,一天可以消耗500大卡的脂肪(非常不可能),
那至少也需要52937.5/500=105.875天才能達成,也就是超過
三個月。
請問這段話的意思是說 一個女生(假設好了)一天要消耗500大卡
是很不可能的一件事嗎?
因為我看到這範例中的結論:至少需要105天方可達成體脂30%降到20% 感覺很吸引人
老實說105天我覺得不長 就算加個每周的休息日 當作利用120天四個月好了
花四個月把體脂降到20%太吸引人啦
所以回到運動的部分
假設我跟這範例中的身高體重體脂肪欲減之目標都一樣好了 然後三餐的部分沒有問題
每天運動:早上慢跑一小時(時速8.5km)
晚上快走一小時(時速7km以上)
或是
早上/下午/晚上各運動50分鐘(慢跑跟快走)
這樣一天下來應該就有消耗500大卡吧
以上是我最近實行的運動 之前都有運動的習慣 所以這樣的運動量不會感覺很吃力
所以我不太懂置底文說非常不可能是甚麼意思?
還是我高估了我運動消耗的熱量了
因為有點急著瘦下來 希望4個月能看到成果
甚至有時候會一天運動3.5小時 一切都是為了累積7700大卡阿
我常常在想一個人如果一天運動消耗770大卡 這樣10天就瘦1公斤了
一天運動770大卡 我就覺得的確比較困難 但應該也不是做不到吧
尤其現在寒假比較有空 想要10天減1公斤會太快嗎? 還是說運動過量了?
如果運動770大卡非常不可能 那一天500大卡應該還OK吧?
