一天的熱量多寡 - 健身

最近為了身體健康
決定走向瘦身這條路
看了板上一些文章 提到要吃到基礎代謝
但是我不知道如何計算orz
所以想直接把一餐的份量po上來詢問熱量
如果以http://0rz.tw/FJJdr 這種大小來看
上面三格 分別是 菠菜 絲瓜 番茄蛋的蛋(討厭番茄) 裝滿
下面的白飯 一碗
在配上 一份魚肉或是黑椒牛肉
不知道這樣一餐的熱量是多少呢?
因為沒吃早餐的習慣 加上戒掉宵夜跟飲料
所以大概午餐跟晚餐 就兩個便當的份量
加上運動後會喝FIN (目前唯一會喝的飲料)
不知道這樣子一天的熱量會是多少呢?
感覺好像熱量過多?!?!
另外想問 這樣子營養上面會不會有哪裡欠缺呢?
