開始做重訓之後大概有兩 三年了
以前都可以慢慢的加重 但現在發現
到了一定的重量之後很難在增重 之前慢慢舉到現在可以握推25公斤
但是最近只要一加重馬上就受不了
請問這有什麼限制嗎
Ps小弟 177 83 體脂肪算多
