請問重訓 - 健身

大家午安,因為是用手機排版,如有傷眼請見諒!
目前有運動約三個月,因為工作時間很長約12-14小時,所以目前運動約50分鐘,不是在
家裡踩健身車就是到運動中心划滑部機(2樣運動都是喘,心跳平均120)
飲食雖然還沒有辦法自己準備,但會盡量維持三餐正常都有吃到和盡量少油少鹽,
目前體重降不到2公斤,外型也沒有什麼改變,最近想要增加重訓,但完全沒有重訓經驗
,所以想說是否初期要請教練比較好
但目前都是在永春和後山埤活動,運動是都在南港運動中心運動,去健身房目前也只有使
用跑步機,滑部機,加上時間少,加入健身房好像會太浪費,但不知道運動中心的健身教
練夠專業嗎?
還是大家有好建議的,麻煩大家了!
