每次看到這種粗腿文就很想翻白眼
置底都沒有認真在看
慢跑後腿部肌肉受到刺激 會充血甚至有點水腫、痠痛都是很正常的
短時間內外觀可能會明顯變粗 但那只是暫時的
腿會粗是因為你的脂肪包住小腿肌肉
要消除脂肪請加強有氧運動
慢跑不會讓你的小腿肌肉大量成長
就算長肌肉也是因為太少運動 慢跑強度的刺激就足以成長了
不要老是把自己當作天生神力 瘋狂長肌肉的奇葩好嗎?
哪一個馬拉松選手腿很粗的請指出來
等你連續慢跑一年再來哭說自己愈跑小腿愈粗
還有看過你的照片我個人覺得你的大小腿比例都還算正常
不想讓腿變粗有兩個方法
一個就是持之以恆的做有氧運動 消除全身脂肪 當然先消哪裡是基因決定的
一個就是打石膏
看你想要追求健康有線條的腿 還是鳥阿咖
