越運動小腿越粗(已爬文) - 健身

小妹開始運動已經一年多了,
一周平均運動5-6天,
大概兩天跑跑步機(7.0km/時 跑40-45分鐘,6.4km/時 快走10分鐘),
剩下3-4天在家做登階運動,一次60分鐘,
飲食跟以前沒運動時吃的少一點,
沒有刻意節食,該吃的都有吃,
可是最近發現下半身似乎變得越來越粗壯(褲子變緊),
我媽也說自從我運動以後小腿肌肉好像變明顯了?
現在就算早上剛起床腿還是放鬆狀態都會看到有一個小蘿蔔,
摸下去發現蠻硬的(男友摸過也覺得很硬),

其實我沒有很要求每天這樣運動腿要變多細,
只要不變胖就好,
把運動當健身,
但不能接受越運動越粗這件事情QQ,
希望大家幫我看一下是否哪裡出了問題呢?
