請問關於食慾的問題 - 健身

各位好
小弟身高176 體重65 體脂8.8
這是6個月瘦下來的
之前98kg 當時沒去搜尋相關減重知識所以瘦的不健康 現在已經改善了
可是最近食慾變的很大
整天想吃 不過吃了之後會讓自己陷入吃到撐的狀態 (比如說麵包可能就吃4 5個 蛋糕之
類的 幾乎偏向碳水化合物)
吃完後又很後悔
而且頻率越來越高 以前我能控制在1個禮拜吃一次 現在兩三天就會控制不住
現在為了吃與不吃的問題很煩惱 不是不讓自己吃是吃了就控制不了...
小弟每天都有游泳1小時 請問應該怎麼辦
