市售米漿的含糖量 - 健身

如題
在下因為工作跟運動時常把自己搞得體力透支
吃燕麥或紅綠豆等全榖類很難消化
有時連吃白飯也是 會脹一整天
去詢問中醫 建議是不要吃太粗糙的食物
如果體力精神差時 吃點好消化的
身體比較容易獲得能量
於是在下把念頭動到市售的米漿
撇開統一的成分裡面有高果糖糖漿
想請問像是光泉 義美這種包裝米漿
因為營養成分表沒有將含糖量額外獨立寫出來
想請問有沒有板友知道這種米漿的含糖量大約多少?
