一年半80KG變61KG - 減肥

一年半前曾是研究生的我 165cm 80kg
現在步入社會辦公室階級 61kg
描述一下
1. 我沒在控制飲食(炸的和飲料餅乾糖果沒在怕的)
但消夜少很多了,一個禮拜約1~2次有消夜
2. 我是打33籃球當主要運動,其次是跑步和散步最後有餘力就做基礎重訓
3. 沒吃任何健康食品或什麼怪怪的產品
4. 我每天都有吃正常三餐
5. 每個禮拜至少運動三天
我其實最想告訴有想減肥的朋友是
若你跟我一樣出生以來基本上沒運動
在減肥過程中你應該會跟我一樣有相同經驗
1. 小腿肌肉很容易痠痛
2. 很容易運動時抽經
3. 打籃球很容易翻船
4. 膝蓋會痛
簡單來說就是肌力嚴重不足啦
然後就會騙自己會永久運動傷害就停止運動了
我痛過和傷過好幾次吧 休息到沒事接著就繼續努力運動
現在很少痛來痛去
而我當時解決方式是
1. 散步(一個禮拜至少兩次 每次至少1小時)
2. 跑步(隨意跑 跑跑停停 我那時只能跑15分鐘就偷笑了XD)
3. 伏地體伸 + 深蹲 + 舉啞鈴 (沒數量限制,做到做不下去為止)
4. 六日都在打籃球,練跳投和上籃(腿會超級緊)
我持續以上動作三個月大概就沒有運動傷害的問題了
另外這段期間從80kg變成70kg吧
結果:
目前我在61~62kg在徘迴
很難造成運動傷害(有打籃球的應該會懂)
原本不能持續跑15min的我現在參加過迷你馬(11km 1hr跑完) 目前正在挑戰半馬中
籃球從被國中生電變成電國中生和高中生
35腰變28腰
二頭肌明顯有曲線
沒有女朋友變成一樣沒有女朋友
