從2013.12月底開始接觸健身
但礙於某些因素 2014.08-09 兩個多月的時間完全沒運動
2014.10 開始一週一次的社團基礎重訓課
2014.12.15 又開始規律的重訓+有氧
重新開始運動後寫Blog記錄
然後這只是我一日健身菜單的"單純記錄"
因為之前都隨便記錄,後來想想如果要記錄就乾脆做徹底一點
於是便Google搜尋圖+自己白話的解釋
當然跟板上博大精深的版友比當然很弱
不過我相信每天都一定會有一些剛接觸重訓的朋友
這些搭配圖文的簡單記錄+解說
除了幫助自己記住各種重訓姿勢,
我想應該對入門重訓的初學者滿好理解的
有問題也都可以推文/站內信 指教:)

01.10 重訓 - 腿+背
*腿推舉:
附載重量: 0kg*12下(暖身) + 各25kg*10-12下*4組
*引體向上輔助機:
90磅*8下*2組+100磅*8下*2組
這台是負重越輕難度越高,0磅等於你要靠自己的力量往上拉
*雙臂交叉訓練機(俗稱cable):
雙手下拉 60磅*12下*5組 (一片12磅)
單手上拉 (右): 36磅*12下*4組; (左):24磅*12下*4組
*T-bar訓練機:
附載重量: 0kg*12下*4組
然後可能因為太久沒練了,所以光是這樣的訓練量就讓我當了三天的半殘...
