一日兩餐 好還是不好? - 健身

各位版友好
我知道一天最好要吃三餐 早餐最重要
如果可以 最好是少量多餐
但是因為我的職業的關係 作息比較麻煩
所以想請問各位版友的看法
我的上班時間 大部分是2點到3點開始(每天都會有些許變動)
一直上班到晚上11點或12點
還要騎車回家 做一些事情 其實最快也差不多要快一點才能睡覺
先假設我一點半睡覺 因為要睡八小時 起來就已經是九點半了
這時候其實吃早餐已經很晚了....
所以有時候我就直接跳過早餐 直接11點吃午餐
然後晚上吃晚餐
等於我一天就是吃兩餐
有時候可以比較早睡的話 隔天就會吃早餐
但又覺得這樣有時候吃早餐有時候不吃很不規律Orz
所以我想請問各位版友 是不是我乾脆都半夜三點睡覺 中午十一點起床
一天只吃早午餐會比較規律會比較好?
還是依我的狀況 大家會覺得下班後可以先吃個宵夜呢?
另外大家不是說半夜一點到三點是肝臟在排毒
那如果我這樣是不是會對身體很傷呢?....
不好意思問題很多
