三餐內容
早餐:饅頭加蛋+無糖豆漿 (7點吃到9點,10點開始餓...)
午餐:1.5碗飯+1個拳頭的青菜,1個拳頭的雜食(肉、豆腐、菇類、茄子)+1碗清湯
(吃半個多小時,吃得很飽,但如果時間夠長,可以吃到2碗或2碗半的飯,
因為加飯不用錢XD,我都吃得很清淡,炸、紅燒、糖醋都不碰)
午點:無糖豆漿+藍莓貝果(午餐一小時又餓了...兩者間格1小時吃)
晚餐:全家焗烤雞肉飯or類似午餐(有時候會爆走吃到兩碗飯,但是菜一樣多)
or水煮麵加一點沙茶
晚點:小瓶保久調味乳(或者三合一麥片)+橘子一顆
其他:吃飯時間都正常,每天都會喝水超過2000cc
日常作息時間:六點多起床,12點多睡覺,沒睡午覺
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天慢跑4~6公里(30~40分鐘)
我的問題:我明明已經吃很多了,吃到撐吃到飽,可是很快就餓了,因為之前胃不好,
所以傾向慢慢吃,有多少時間吃多少飯,時間夠多我就可以吃很多。
吃完晚點晚上要睡覺之前又會非常的餓,但是我已經要睡了,吃了會睡不著
,不吃上床睡覺又會很難受,怕挨餓會傷害身體,想降體脂也不能挨餓,讓
我非常的苦惱...
以前曾經跑多吃多,外加一個禮拜2次重訓,結果整個人越練越壯,版娘看過
我的飲食菜單之後,她說我這是「增重」...後來就忙碌沒在運動,整個人又
消下去。所以,現在不敢仗恃著自己有運動,就不怕吃。目前是一個禮拜重
訓一次。
