腰傷復原中 能先開始做什麼運動? - 健身

我很常閃到腰
而且有椎間盤狹窄的問題
每次閃到都是那一截脊椎受傷
看西醫都是吃藥而已
問過醫生要怎麼根治 醫生也說不出的明確的方法
只說都傷在同一截 以後會越來越嚴重
上星期二我在跳Turbofire時
一個跳躍起來的動作讓我閃到腰了
而且是有點嚴重的那種(只能躺 動就痛)
在家休養了五天以後 現在好多了
想慢慢再開始做點運動
不過腰傷剛復原的話 一開始可以先從什麼運動做起?
我有x-bike 鄭多燕 跟trubofire跟Chalean extreme
我想後面兩者是不能做的
能先騎騎x-bike或做做鄭多燕的有氧操嗎?
大概過多久才能再重拾turbofire呢?
醫生只說下次做激烈運動 熱身要夠
其他的都沒很明確回答
所以來請教大家
