小弟夜跑嘗試20K,
約從22:00開始,歷經了2h26mins完成。
身材:183cm/88kg,165度扁平足跑者。
進食:睡六小時後吃一塊麵包直接跑。
地點:400m運動場。
裝備:雙護膝,膝下長襪,球褲,球衣。
跑具:NB373,扁平足鞋墊。
天氣:約15~18度,有點冷。
心得:
這是我第一次單20k,雖然之前也都有跑到
好幾次20k,不過是單日分2~3次才跑完。
體能的部份,我是約40日前開始減脂及訓練
慢跑。體重從96多kg到今天第四十日是
88kg,體重減輕的部份對我體能幫助良多。
體重減脂的分享等達成目標後在好好分享
吧。
約跑到15.5k時候感到十分漫長,此後便以
緩慢的速度跑下去,約8~10min/1k左右。
到了17.7k時,左小腿開始出現酸疼,而且
意志開始崩解,18.6k時跟本是搖搖晃晃的
撐著跑到20k。
真的很開心跑完單20k,然後下半身就不見
了@@!腿都不是自己的…
