我平常是在home gym練,啞鈴只有到100磅(45公斤),所以我中後期也都是槓鈴為主,
因為啞鈴不夠重強度不足。
下面是大約四年前在家練的時候拍的:

100磅已經推超過十下了,所以也不會拿來當主要訓練動作,還是槓鈴為主。
槓鈴平常練也只有100-120公斤做組,不會挑戰極限做很重:

後來這邊開了萵苣,就加進去練練,那邊啞鈴最重到70公斤,就試試看拿啞鈴練:

54公斤推個8-10下還是ok的。
我個人覺得跟槓鈴比起來,只是多了穩定的問題,重量不會說差很多,起槓那些也都還好
,用腳頂一下順勢躺下罷了,習慣就會很順暢。
