已經胖了25年了,想說不可以再這樣不知廉恥下去!
徵:1. 女孩兒
2. 離標準體重相差15kg
3. 體脂30%以上
4.先徵五人
規定:1. 至少每星期運動三次及每次30分鐘以上,傳圖證明,可用runkeeper or Nike r
unning
2.每晚回傳體重及體脂(如有要事,先說即可)
3.互相加油打氣
先站內信給我你的身高體重體脂BMI,再確定你是否適合加入唷!
請有決心和想瘦的朋友加入,激勵我呀
