目前已經有12個左右的人來信,先徵到這樣就好囉 ^^
感謝大家 ^^ 希望6/30 可以看到我們的好成果 ^^
減肥真的是一輩子的事情ˊˋ"
從我認真減肥開始,已經快要兩年了吧XD

從2009年8月開始到現在,中間都是衝刺1-2個月,然後懈怠3-4個月ˊˋ"
最瘦的時候應該是去年12月20日 體重53kg 體脂26%

藍色衣服是12/4拍的 這天是 54.6kg 28%
白色衣服是12/13拍的 這天是 54.4kg 28%
後來就開始忙碌的教學運動減肥計畫就懈怠下來,
1-3月的體重大約都在 54-55徘迴,體脂都在28%-29%
4月體重差不多也54-55左右,但是體脂有比較少大約26%-28%
5月,光輝的5月.... 我這兩週不知道怎麼吃的...
瘋狂的吃,幾乎2天吃ㄧ次鹹酥雞,常常吃冰淇淋、麵包...
我今天量體重 57kg....體脂27%...
非常明顯的感覺到肚子很大一圈+大腿變粗很多..
真的不能在懈怠下去了!!!!!

我想徵求3-5位 有明顯目標的減肥者~一起展開為期1個月的減肥計畫,
從6/1-6/30 共30天~
我們可以成立一個FB粉絲團,一起記錄這30天的減肥過程,
每天或至少每2天上去分享自己今天的飲食+運動的過程,還有體重體脂的變化,
或是一些有關減肥的心情也是可以 ^^
最重要的一點!!!
我希望可以今天or明天 自己拍張全身明顯的照片作為紀錄,
6/30那天,也要拍張照片 (最好同一件服裝) 然後po到版上跟大家分享 ^^
希望我們可以成為非常有效率的減肥團 XDDDD
6/30之後再開始第二階段的減肥計畫~希望可以瘦到大家的理想目標!
我的最終目標是47kg ~ 如果我達到47kg的話~
我就附上穿著比基尼的照片來分享心得!! (我想應該沒人要看 XD)
(拜託假裝期待看到麻... 我也希望我47KG阿ˊˋ)
對了~減肥團男女不拘,
如果剛好你在台北or高雄,我們有空也可以一起去運動!!
