我健身也邁向第五個年頭
以前是一週五天
一天六個動作合計30組
那時候每天都感覺身體很疲勞
就靠意志力在稱的
休息那兩天會感覺身體很放鬆很舒服
常常跑去按摩
那種練到很累再去按摩真得爽
但平常真的很累
飲食方面就些微控制而已不太忌口
乳清一天都是兩匙
去年疫情WFH期間
幾乎沒在上健身房
都在家徒手做
但組數也降下來
後來回去以後又重新擬定菜單
突然不想再這麼累
就規定自己一個禮拜最少去五天
一天最少三個動作共十五組
都同部位
暖身完後就挑自己覺得最累的重量做
還有餘力才去做其他的
因為練得沒以前多
也不好意思亂吃
變得蠻控制飲食的
有人也是像我每天練少少的嗎
