一週訓練組數 - 健身

各位巨巨好
之前有看過一部影片說想進步就不要一週只練一次該部位,一週兩次、三次比較好。
因為臥推重量進步緩慢,所以想增加胸部的訓練。
假設原本一週練20組,可不可以安排成:
週一:平胸8組
週三:上胸6組
週五:胸部單關節6組
就是想問問能不能拆成這樣?
