一餐把基代補足 - 健身

事情是這樣的,我知道三餐正常吃很重要
但今天除了早午餐喝了杯無糖豆漿+兩根香蕉+一顆茶葉蛋後
就沒有再進食了(因為早午餐過兩個小時就要去運動了)
直到晚上運動完大概九點半才想說去買個Subway來吃
然後想到我今天沒有吃到基代(12XX卡),所以我就一口氣點了12吋的火雞火腿...(掩面
請問我這樣做好嗎?
是要讓今天就這樣沒吃到基代過去,還是硬要補到基代才好
話說,我吃完到現在還有點餓...
另外,我還有個問題是,如果要晨跑(一起床就跑的那種),要吃點東西再跑嗎
