心得分享:
這個心得算有點晚了,因為我是一月底開始減,一直到三月中左右...後面就沒有
再減,原本的目標是到43,沒想到後續有稍微消了一些,到現在八月,沒有復胖,
維持在39-41的游離體重。
瘦下來的大概有幾個要點:
1.高纖飲食:其實我沒有很限制自己吃多少,但是主要是改變我以前重肉食輕蔬菜
那種不健康的吃法,我以前很愛吃肉,無肉不歡,所以養出了一個很
大的小腹跟很肥的大腿,後來想減肥時我把以前的肉9菜1變成了五五
波,甚至是肉4菜6的吃法,攝取多種顏色蔬菜、海藻類,開始吃燕麥
、喝無糖高纖豆漿,至於大家很care的澱粉..說真的,完全沒有禁,
餐餐麵條麵包,有時還會去小7買輕乳酪蛋糕解饞。
2.戒飲料、零食:之前是每天很愛喝個幾杯微糖的綠茶拿鐵咖啡,或奶茶,但後來
把這些都戒掉想喝綠茶只會買無糖的,盡量喝水,真的想喝就加點蜂蜜
自己泡蜜茶。原本愛吃的洋竽片、鹹酥雞烤肉油炸物等零食也全戒了。
偶爾想吃還是會買一點來吃啦!只是變少有機會了。
3.定時定量:以前會喜歡吃消夜,現在是晚上八點後不吃東西,八點前把自己餵飽
,早餐、午餐正常吃,以吃8分飽為原則,所以以前很愛去吃到飽吃撐
的習慣也改掉了。
4.運動:一星期大概4-5天,跑+快走國小操場15圈(一圈200公尺所以大概是3000公尺)
不過運動看狀況,如果假日還要加班,前一天可能就休息,所以是4-5天不等
最少最少一星期3天,每次時間約一小時上下。
減下來對我個人的好處:
以前走路都會覺得有點沉重,然後小腹偏大、大腿很粗、排瀉不順暢(可能有點小便祕)
、白天精神不佳會昏沉欲睡,現在所有全部改善,小腹沒了、大腿圍目前是16吋、排便
很順(每天都有),白天精神也好很多。
PS.另外的收穫是原先高到快200的膽固醇也變低了剩下165
壞處:胸部變小(大C-->B T_T )、臉頰變凹了(胖的時候也沒多圓,一瘦就變凹.....
基因啊 @_@)
雖然大家可能會覺得我好像瘦過頭了,但是我是用很正常的方式改善減輕,瘦了也沒再
復胖回去,其實只要健康的減,我想應該沒什麼問題吧0.0
