體脂率:38.5(TANITA說的)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:饅頭/御飯糰/土司 + 無糖豆漿/低脂牛奶/無糖燕麥奶/無糖拿鐵
午餐:自己煮
飯一碗/冬粉一份 + 三菜 + 肉 + 蛋
晚餐:中餐份量的 2/3
其他:下午會吃水果(蘋果/香蕉) 還有同事會請吃餅乾XD
晚上運動完會喝牛奶
日常作息時間:晚上約一、兩點睡,早上八點半起床
週末就變成晚上四點睡...早上睡到自然醒...
生活型態:上班族,工作就是坐在電腦前
運動習慣:兩天飛輪兩天有氧舞蹈,暖身+收操約一小時
目前在加入兩天在家簡單重訓30min(伏地挺身、深蹲、皮拉提司等)
我的問題:運動已經三個月了,前兩個月飲食比較沒在節制,但是也沒喝無糖飲料
我也不吃炸的,就是運動完回來有時會拿顆饅頭吃XD
結果反而變重了Orz
第三個月運動完乖乖地只喝牛奶,好吧 上禮拜我吃很多龍眼>Q<
結果三個月下來 體重沒變,體脂41->38.5....
過重的人不是剛開始減最快嗎...Orz
還是睡眠只有六小時影響這麼大呢?
我也沒有要很瘦...可是為了健康至少要減10KG啊...
還是真的飲食上吃太多了.....XD
