自從加入伊士邦以後
幾乎都保持著每天會去一次的習慣
也曾經去上過健身教練的課程
我承認有人盯著每天做運動真的有成效
(大概是我飲食沒有注意,所以體重下降不快>"<)
每天去基本上就是先拉筋
然後在划步機運動20-30分鐘,再去做一些重訓的機器大概30-40分鐘
過了三個月體能的確有進步,滑步機也會開始增加重量跟保持效能
可是我有個問題>"<
以前看過板上大大的文章
說一開始只是快走,慢慢進階到跑步
然後基本上跑個一小時都沒問題
可是我運動了三個月,可是對於有氧運動還是很沒有耐性阿
我也好像可以在划步機或是跑步機上賣力運動個1小時以上
可是經過了三個月我還是只能最多撐到30分鐘
到底出了什麼問題啊???
我曾經以為是因為划步機的重量或是要求自己要跑到教練規定的速度
所以才只能維持20-30分鐘
可是我盡量把重量減輕,也只維持在最低能舒服划步的速度
但是還是只要一超過20分鐘我就不耐煩到不行
有人可以告訴我我該怎麼作嗎??
我承認有運動真的有差
從一開始快走10分鐘就大冒汗到不行,
到現在快走半小時還很輕鬆.然後進階到划步機
教練說划步機對膝蓋比較好
可是我真的好想在划步機上也採個一小時阿>"<
拜託大家教我一些方法吧!!
p.s我運動都有聽音樂的,所以應該不是太專心在算時間的問題
請大家救救我吧!! 我真的好苦惱阿>"<
