靠著飲食和運動在三個月內瘦了九公斤,
期間獲得了版上許多文章的知識,
分享一下照片,激勵一下大家,
不過,因為不是很專業,
所以如果有說錯的地方,
或是飲食等不妥的之處,

一、生活起居
成為晨型人之後,精神變好了,也比較有充裕的時間準備上班,整個人因此比較
開心,不會在早上匆匆忙忙。

二、飲食
早上,先一杯溫開水,氣管不好,喝一杯羊奶和燕麥(如下),佐一片起司和蘋果和一顆
善存。
中午,三菜一湯一碗飯(菜一定過水,學校午餐大鍋菜較油、也可以減少鹽分)。一份水
果。
晚上,蔬菜湯,補足天天五蔬果。有時候蕃茄蔬菜湯、味增海帶湯。因為容易水腫,
一定有海帶、木耳(黑色蔬果)、菇類(白)、綠色青菜(綠)、薑絲、紅蘿蔔(紅)
、豆腐(黃)、芹菜(我貧血)。
這樣吃很飽喔!又可以補足沒有吃到的營養素。
每天吃足基礎代謝(1200卡),天天2000c.c.的水,2400毫克以內的鹽。
三、運動
每天跑操場10-20圈。2000-4000m,買了「伸展聖經」,做好暖身,避免運動傷害。

四、習慣
意識到自己應該要減重之後,開始陸續慢慢的飲食改變,例如:不喝飲料、不吃精緻的食
物等等。漸漸的飲食習習慣就變了。
不過偶爾星期六會讓自己休息一下,一方面可以讓自己放鬆一下,另一方面才有動力再回
來堅持,所以這期間我每週六都吃大餐,還是有瘦。
瘦了之後穿衣服的成就感會讓你堅持下去喔!加油!
