體脂 : 人在美國不知道哪裡可以量
4/22 29%
body water % = 52%
Bone mass % = 8.6%

三餐內容
早餐:半碗飯,一到兩隻蛋,少許肉,大量青菜
午餐:大量青菜
晚餐:不吃, 過二不吃
其他:清水每天大約3000ml以上,肚餓就渴水。維他命綜合加B綜合,鈣片
日常作息時間:最近比較忙,要做paper和考試,基本上兩三點睡,晚的話四五點
生活型態:大學生
減肥方式:
星期一三五日踏步機,心跳130-150之間,每次三小時
星期二四游泳 兩個半小時,不過中途多休息
星期六重訓
問題陳述:
我知道要三個月內減22KG有點不健康,但我本身超重就很嚴重,所以應該比較好?我是有
不得已的原因。
我知道我是沒吃到基代,因為我害怕來不及。算是Monk 加上 運動來減。目前做了一個禮
拜,但還沒量體重。我這樣子有可能減22KG嗎?
大大們有什麼建議嗎?謝謝
