我有游泳習憒,每次大約50個來回。大約20個停一下,所以就是2.5KM
但環境讓我只有一個星期三天,因為其它時間泳池都不開
但是就是減不下來,當然,之前飲食也很多

計劃要實際一些就是不運動?連目標也不敢給自己定,又怎樣減肥?

當然會一直保持,monk 我打算最少先來一年,然後再慢慢開始吃,加上運動,真要複胖
的話就就只能說什麼卡路里全是Bull Shit
我覺得心理因素比較重要,不能堅持就是複胖的原因

我之前做運運動,重訓,一天有氧一天重訓
緊持了一個月後因為環境因素不能再堅持
結男無論數字和身型也是上升
誰不知道減肥難?這才是我要堅持的原因。才是我給自己設限的原因。
Monk法有沒有用我不知道,我看版上說沒用的,光早餐午餐就吃超過我以前三餐加起來
這樣子能不胖?
我吃菜就很飽,所以吃素菜的人全該死?
我只能說這裡有的不是支持。

三個月後我會回來。三個月內我要死掉了也會找朋友上來警世。
