最近才避開鴕鳥心態來量約三年不敢量的體重
才發現原來自己胖了那麼多...
所以開始我的減肥計畫
早上吃半顆雜糧饅頭+全蛋+低脂起司+半顆蘋果+牛奶300cc
中午飯一半+不少的青菜+四隻手指大小的雞肉+雞蛋豆腐兩小塊
晚餐青菜大量+雞胸肉+另外半顆蘋果
這樣吃法不會餓,卻又讓我在三個禮拜瘦兩公斤
當然我一個星期至少五天騎腳踏車半小時
沒騎腳踏車就用走路一小時代替
每天喝水1200~2000cc
目前因為月經來,量吃了多一點點,畢竟身體有點虛弱,月經過後才是減肥黃金期!!!
要好好把握,現在身體不舒服,運動只好靠走路代替,
不過經期間不太敢量體重,怕會因為水腫變胖....
