三天重訓課表請益 - 健身

大家好 新手又來發問了 新手健身應該也半年了
主要的問題有兩方面 一是休息跟訓練量的平衡 二是減脂跟加肌肉的鬥爭
目前是走推拉腿的課表 / 但是由於想要減脂 所以嘗試了一下在課表內
額外的增加有氧的課表 比如說每天多加騎30分鐘腳踏車 但是很快就吃不消了
所以目前想要減量 考慮三天有氧(每次90分鐘) 三天重訓 如下
推/有氧/腿/休息/有氧/拉/有氧
唯一的問題就是我看如果要對肌肉維持或甚至增長的話 最好是一個禮拜
對肌群有兩次刺激是最好的 所以對於這樣的分配有點猶豫
但是如果是用上半/下半/全身 覺得太累 休息不足
請問大家會怎麼建議? 如果要專注減脂 有氧的話 是不是不要太在意
肌肉增長的進度?
